WASH6P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH6P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,572 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASH6P-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASH4P, WASH2P, and WASH8P. Each is linked with WASH6P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH6P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH6P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASH6P versus WASH4P in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH6P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH6P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
