WASH3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,877 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASH3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, WDR5, and XAB2. Each is linked with WASH3P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH3P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
