WASH2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASH2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM3, HNRNPL, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with WASH2P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH2P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASH2P versus ZMYM3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
