WASF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, C1orf35, and CUX1_S1337. Each is linked with WASF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF2-to-partner and partner-to-WASF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASF2 versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
