Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,118 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP6, GIMAP7, and CRTAM. Each is linked with WASF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF2-to-partner and partner-to-WASF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASF2 versus GIMAP6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
