Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,060 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lamellipodium assembly, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Positive regulation of lamellipodium organization. Each is linked with WASF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF2-to-partner and partner-to-WASF2 results are reported.
