WASF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, GFRA4, and MSGN1. Each is linked with WASF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASF2-to-partner and partner-to-WASF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXB1 grouped by WASF2-low versus WASF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
