WAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RASAL3_S72, and WIPF1. Each is linked with WAS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAS-to-partner and partner-to-WAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAS versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
