Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNU6-1220P, and XGY1. Each is linked with WAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAS-to-partner and partner-to-WAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by WAS-low versus WAS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
