Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PRAS40_pT246, and Bak. Each is linked with WAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAS-to-partner and partner-to-WAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by WAS-low versus WAS-high in UCEC.
