Across TCGA cell cohorts, WAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, TBL1Y, and NEU2. Each is linked with WAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAS-to-partner and partner-to-WAS results are reported.
