WARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK3, PKP4, and SRSF11. Each is linked with WARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS2-to-partner and partner-to-WARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WARS2 versus DOK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
