WARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-618P, TAF9, and NOL12. Each is linked with WARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS2-to-partner and partner-to-WARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-618P grouped by WARS2-low versus WARS2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
