Across TCGA cell cohorts, WARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with WARS2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS2-to-partner and partner-to-WARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation grouped by WARS2-low versus WARS2-high in STOMACH.
