Across TCGA cell cohorts, WARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, RASGEF1C, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with WARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS2-to-partner and partner-to-WARS2 results are reported.
