Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WARS2-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WARS2-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher WARS2-IT1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WARS2-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, BRCA, and READ are the cancer types where WARS2-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
