WARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,175 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, UBE2L6, and GBP1. Each is linked with WARS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS1-to-partner and partner-to-WARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WARS1 versus STAT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
