Across TCGA cell cohorts, WARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,991 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WARS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, and Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with WARS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS1-to-partner and partner-to-WARS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by WARS1-low versus WARS1-high in BONE.
