WARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,825 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS7, CLIP2, and NEBL. Each is linked with WARS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WARS1-to-partner and partner-to-WARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS7 grouped by WARS1-low versus WARS1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
