WAKMAR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAKMAR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,639 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WAKMAR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, MYO1F, and UNC13D. Each is linked with WAKMAR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAKMAR2-to-partner and partner-to-WAKMAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAKMAR2 versus LCP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAKMAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAKMAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
