VWC2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWC2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p21, and TFRC. Each is linked with VWC2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWC2L-to-partner and partner-to-VWC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by VWC2L-low versus VWC2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
