Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VWA3B RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VWA3B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher VWA3B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VWA3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where VWA3B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
