Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,050 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VWA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA7, CENPA, and SGO1. Each is linked with VWA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA2-to-partner and partner-to-VWA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VWA2 versus SPATA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
