VWA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with VWA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA2-to-partner and partner-to-VWA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by VWA2-low versus VWA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
