Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,631 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of clathrin coat assembly, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Response to molecule of fungal origin. Each is linked with VWA2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA2-to-partner and partner-to-VWA2 results are reported.
