Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN34, SLC32A1, and LGI1. Each is linked with VWA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA2-to-partner and partner-to-VWA2 results are reported.
