VWA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VWA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB4P5, LINC01853, and RNU6-904P. Each is linked with VWA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA1-to-partner and partner-to-VWA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB4P5 grouped by VWA1-low versus VWA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VWA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VWA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
