Across TCGA cell cohorts, VWA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,851 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VWA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of epithelial cell apoptotic process, and Phospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VWA1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VWA1-to-partner and partner-to-VWA1 results are reported.
