Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VTRNA2-2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VTRNA2-2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher VTRNA2-2P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VTRNA2-2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where VTRNA2-2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
