Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,321 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL4, RPS2, and RPS8. Each is linked with VTN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTN-to-partner and partner-to-VTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTN versus RPL4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
