Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,039 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTI1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1A, RDH11, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with VTI1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1B-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTI1B versus PPM1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
