Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTI1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUMB, RDH11, and ISCA2. Each is linked with VTI1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1B-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTI1B versus NUMB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
