VTI1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, JNK2, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with VTI1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1B-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by VTI1B-low versus VTI1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
