Across TCGA cell cohorts, VTI1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,795 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein farnesylation, Retrograde axonal transport, and Vesicle tethering to Golgi. Each is linked with VTI1B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1B-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1B results are reported.
