VTI1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,008 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCMBP, CTBP2, and CWF19L1. Each is linked with VTI1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1A-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTI1A versus MCMBP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
