Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VTI1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VTI1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3A, CCDC186, and ECHS1. Each is linked with VTI1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1A-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VTI1A versus EIF3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VTI1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VTI1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
