Across TCGA cell cohorts, VTI1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,097 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VTI1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Voluntary musculoskeletal movement, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VTI1A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VTI1A-to-partner and partner-to-VTI1A results are reported.
