VSTM2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THSD7A, SCG2_S268, and ITSN1. Each is linked with VSTM2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2A-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSTM2A versus THSD7A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
