Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSTM2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSTM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, TFRC, and C-Raf. Each is linked with VSTM2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2A-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by VSTM2A-low versus VSTM2A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
