Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSTM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSTM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, OTP, and PROP1. Each is linked with VSTM2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM2A-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASPN grouped by VSTM2A-low versus VSTM2A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
