VSTM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSTM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,864 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGFRN, CD101, and NUP188. Each is linked with VSTM1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-VSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
