Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, CD14, and CD163. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG4 versus LCP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
