Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,914 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MS4A4A, and SIGLEC9. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG4 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
