Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P31, RNA5SP90, and RN7SL100P. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P31 grouped by VSIG4-low versus VSIG4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
