Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FoxM1, and ACC1. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
