Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains, Regulation of glucagon secretion, and Negative regulation of MAP kinase activity. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains grouped by VSIG4-low versus VSIG4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
