Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT37, GPR26, and LALBA. Each is linked with VSIG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG4-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT37 grouped by VSIG4-low versus VSIG4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
