Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,200 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VSIG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VSIG2_S312, VWA5A, and IQGAP2. Each is linked with VSIG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG2-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG2 versus VSIG2_S312 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
