VSIG10L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VSIG10L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 132 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG10L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of LSU-rRNA, Copper ion transmembrane transport, and Maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with VSIG10L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10L2-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maturation of LSU-rRNA grouped by VSIG10L2-low versus VSIG10L2-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG10L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG10L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
