VSIG10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VSIG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,565 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VSIG10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, MIA3_S727, and PPP1R18_S224. Each is linked with VSIG10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VSIG10-to-partner and partner-to-VSIG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VSIG10 versus SART3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VSIG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→VSIG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
